While water related activities provide hours of enjoyment and exercise for children, water and children can be a deadly mix when an unsafe environment, inadequate supervision or improperly used safety gear is also present.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, drowning remains the second leading cause of injury-related death among children ages 1 to 14.

Midwestern Swimming offers a wealth of learn to swim and water safety education opportunities within our borders.  Learning to swim can keep your safe.  Learning to swim fast can be lots of fun!
