The mission of the B-T Voyager Program is to strengthen individual confidence, skill, and stamina to prepare swimmers to participate in competitive swimming events.

Every Voyage consists of six core practices.  If there are more than six practices scheduled for the session, these core practices are supplemented with "side trips."

What is the order of strokes for the Individual Medley?  (Fly, Back, Breast, Free)

List the four training habits that are "in your heart."  (Support your teammates, Positive Personal Attitude, Effort, Listening)
