  • Sold Out classes are shaded in yellow.

  • A date next to a name indicates that a spot is being held pending payment by the date listed.

  • Time slots are reopened if payment is not received and someone else wants that spot.

  • If there is only one Pirate in a class, that class will be a 20-minute class. 

  • The Voyager program must have a minimum registration of three swimmers in each time slot.

Payments:  Tuition for the full session must accompany drop-off or mailed registrations to reserve a spot.  On-line registration time-slots will be guaranteed for three business days pending receipt of tuition.  Checks must be made out to Brownell-Talbot School - cash for the exact amount only.  We prorate for swimmers joining in the middle of a session. 

 

Swim Caps & Goggles:  We require all our swimmers to wear swim caps and goggles for all practices.  Swim Cap Policy

 

Make-up & Refund Policy:  We do not provide make-up practices for short-term illnesses or conflicts with other activities.  We do not issue refunds. 

 

Occasionally, we must cancel lessons due to mechanical problems or instructor availability issues.  In the event of such cancellations we offer make-up lessons or credit toward future sessions.  We do not provide make-up lessons for conditions beyond our control, most notably weather conditions.  We do not offer make-ups for lessons missed due to illness or conflicts with other activities.  We do not offer make-ups.  However, your time slot is yours to use.  You don't have to lose it if your child is ill or if you have a scheduling conflict.  You may switch time slots with a friend for another day or you may send your next door neighbor to use your time slot if you can't make it to a class.  (This is yet another advantage of our no level system!)

 

Credit Policy:  Credits will be issued for pool closures and cancellations due to instructor availability only.  Credits will not be issued for illness, conflicts with other activities or vacations.

 

Parent Viewing Area:  Parents are invited and encouraged to watch practices from the spectator gallery.  Parents are not allowed on deck at any time.

 

Safety:  B-T Aquatics is NOT equipped to supervise children before or after swimming lessons.  Parents must be at the appropriate pickup area when class ends.
