COACH CERTIFICATION FEES

• Program Supervisor Course:  $250.00  (Each licensed program must have at least one Program Supervisor.)

• Adult/Child Program Coach Certification Course:  $200.00

• Infant & Toddler Add-on to Program Coach:  $50

• Competitive Program Add-on to Program Coach:  $50

• Annual Coach FACE-UP FIRST® Membership:  $50.00  (Required of all coaches and Program Supervisors.  This fee is due on December 15th of each year.)

AUTHORIZED PROVIDER / CURRICULUM LICENSE FEE

• Initial License Fee :  $500.00 

• Annual Renewal License Fee:  $250.00 per year

OPTIONAL

• Logo merchandise and additional training resources are available.

• The FACE-UP FIRST® logo and We swim for good times!® slogan may be licensed for use on merchandise and promotional materials at your facility.  Contact the FACE-UP FIRST® office for information.
