Safe Swimming CAP
Program
SUMMER 2010
Everyone needs to be safe and skilled
in the water. The B-T Aquatics Safe Swimming CAP program is a
fun way for your family to learn and practice safe swimming.
The program begins with our Make A
Splash Day in May and wraps up with our
Back to Pool day in September.
We want you to think about water safety all summer.
Everyone in the family can earn a Safe Swimming CAP prize.

HOLIDAY
SWIM CAMP & CARDBOARD BOAT RACE
No Camp this Year
2010 Holiday Camp Flyer / Registration Form - coming soon!
The Holiday Camp
consists of swimming stroke technique instruction, fitness challenges, lifeguard
training, swim cap decorating, and lots of fun and games. The camp is open
to anyone who is currently in first through sixth grades.
The ability to
swim 25 yards is required.
Cost: $50 per
swimmer - limit 20 participants
(Holiday
Camp registration fee includes Cardboard Boat Race Entry.)

Introduction to Competitive Swimming & Grade School Meet
TBA, 2010
This event is open to students,
Grades K through 6, from all invited schools - B-T, St. Margaret
Mary, Harrison, Dundee, St. Pius/St. Leo.
The event consists of one swim team practice and one
meet. Swimmers will practice stroke techniques and racing skills for the
backstroke, freestyle, and butterfly events. Each swimmer may enter up to three
individual events in the meet. In addition, each school may enter relays in each
division. Relay swimmers will be determined by the B-T coaching staff.

DIVE-IN MOVIES
Dates: TBA,
Monday evenings in the fall and winter months
Come join us for an evening of family fun filled with both relaxation and
excitement. Bring your own raft or ring or use on of ours. Watch a movie
as you float gently in the pool. Children
under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and over).
We always show kid-friendly "G" rated
movies. Call the office for movie title the week before the show.
